Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box along with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
